Armholes cut higher or lower? Need latex-free elastic or have other skin sensitivies? Because we offer so many products in such a wide range of sizes, colors and fabrics, we make most items to order, so you get exactly what you want.

Social responsibility is important to us. We use recycled materials for packaging whenever possible, limit our use of plastic, and pass on large fabric scraps to be re-purposed or recycled. We buy organic fabric whenever possible, all of which is made in the USA. In 2016 we were one of 10 finalists for Green America’s People and Planet Award for ethical apparel supply chains. All our products are made in our Seattle office, where our employees have been with us for over 20 years. They are paid well above minimum wage, with excellent benefits, and are truly valued for the excellent work they do. We won't buy or sell our mailing list, as we know quality products and customer satisfaction are the best ways to generate business.

First Class shipping within the USA is included in our prices, so there are no surprises at checkout. For much of the year, we are able to ship orders in 3 - 4 weeks, but summer time is busier and with staff taking vacations, orders can take 5 - 7 weeks (current time frame is displayed when checking out). If you need an order by a certain day, mention it in the Special Instructions box that comes up during checkout and we'll let you know if it is possible.

Whether you have been a customer for years or are just hearing about us for the first time, we look forward to helping you find the comfort you deserve!

A Message from our President

The founder of Decent Exposures, Pat Marcus, was totally frustrated looking for bras that fit, especially once she became pregnant. Her sister, a talented seamstress and designer, had been making the Un-Bra® for friends for some time. During a visit, she made a bra for Pat that was supportive, comfortable, and truly fit! She knew that if this bra worked for her, it could work for just about anyone.

In 1986, Decent Exposures® was born, with production set up in her basement in Seattle. The product line was expanded and moved out of the basement to daylight office space in 1995. Throughout transitions and growth, the quality of our products and service to help you get the right fit has never been compromised. From the onset, the response was extremely positive. When we hear customers say our bras have literally changed their lives, or that they will never wear any other bra, it confirms our belief that we have something special to offer.

When Pat was ready to retire in 2021, I wanted to keep Decent Exposures® alive and moving forward. Having worked side by side with Pat for over 30 years, I remain committed to providing high-quality products that fit the way you want.

New products (like our nursing bras and our cami/bras) often come from customer suggestions. If you have ideas of how we can improve our products or service, we'd love to hear from you. Keep the letters, emails, and testimonials coming! And be sure to let your friends know we are here for everyone!
